Program Description
Programme objectives：
With the deeper development of economic globalization and further increasing of international competition, modern companies are faced with a more stern challenge. This programme targets to cultivate high-level international specialists in the field of business administration or related areas, with strong capabilities to work in strategy management, human resource management, marketing management, corporate finance etc, by way of systematic courses arrangement, project survey and research, as well as the Chinese culture and society study.
Credits requirements（18credits）：
compulsory course: at least 6 credits
core course: 2 or 3 credits; 3 core courses are compulsory
optional course: 2 credits; based on the research direction, choose at least 3 courses
Graduation and degree requirements：
Completing 18 course credits on time and a successful doctoral thesis defense.

*1. Certificate of Non-criminal record
Applicants who are currently studying or working in an institution could submit a Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the institution as a replacement.
*2. Financial statement or bank statement
The available balance should be no less than RMB45, 000.
*3. Study plan or research proposal
No less than 800 words, stating your basic personal information, hobbies and expertise, study motivation, past academic background and a study plan or research proposal in Chongqing University.
*4. Physical Examination Form
The form shall be filled by the physicianin Chinese or English. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Attachments of examination results (Blood report, Electrocardiograph and Chest X-ray)shall also be uploaded. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

The applicants shall submit curriculum vitae introducing your personal information, education background, work experience, research work, publications, honors, and other information, which could facilitate your application.

For Arts programs, applicants must have related academic background and are required to submit the portfolio (such as paintings, story scripts, short movies, etc.).

The passport shall have a minimum validity of one year. For applicants who are already in China, a photocopy of Visa or Residence Permit with entry customs stamps should be provided as well.

Transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*12. Notarized Highest Degree Certificate
Applicants shall submit Master’s graduation certificate and degree diploma. Prospective diploma recipients shall submit a certificate of expected graduation issued by the university that will issue the diploma, and bring the official degree diploma for registration if admitted.
*13. Two academic recommendation letters
Two academic recommendation letters in English or Chinese from professors or associate professors with their signatures and contact information, introducing the academic or research background of the applicant.
*14. Study or Work certificate
For applicants who are currently studying or working in an institution, a Certificate of Enrollment or Employment issued by the institution is required.
15. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
